As an Account Executive for Adzapier your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of clients. You will focus on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and ensuring that our software solutions meet their needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching prospective clients, attending industry events, and networking with other professionals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, identify opportunities to add value, and resolve issues or concerns.
Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and how they can be used to meet the needs of different clients.
Stay current on industry trends and market developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and meet clients’ evolving needs.
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients/customers to introduce our products and generate new business opportunities.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in a SaaS company
Experience with data privacy and compliance, including cookie management, consent preference, and data subject access requests (DSAR)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably HubSpot
Previous experience running sales presentations/demos
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
Possess a positive and professional attitude
Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
